Sadiq A. Pirani

Mr. Sadiq A. Pirani has more than 18 years of international experience in multi-disciplinary project management and contract administration in traffic, transportation and intelligent transportation system (ITS) infrastructure engineering with an emphasis in traffic engineering, impact assessment and safety studies; parking design, assessment and management; transportation master planning and strategic planning; and public transit including BRT, PRT & LRT master planning, design and implementation. Mr. Pirani is a registered Professional Engineer in Ontario and has received his bachelor's degree in civil engineering. He has successfully worked as a senior project manager and advisory consultant in North America and Middle East/Gulf Region for public and private organizations.

Anil Seegobin

Anil Seegobin is a Traffic Engineer/Associate who has acquired eight years experience in the traffic and transportation industry, working in both the public and private sectors. Anil has extensive experience in completing transportation studies, traffic impact studies, parking studies, site plan development and functional design drawings. Tasks generally involve completing traffic analyses; determining study findings and recommendations; attending client and agency meetings; and reviewing project budget and scope. Traffic studies completed are typically for the purpose of gaining agency approval of proposed developments and/or road network improvements.

John Fischer

John Fischer has extensive experience in the field of geospatial data analysis. He has done research and development works in the public sector, promoting the use of remotely sensed imagery for natural resource management. More recently, he has worked as a consultant providing GIS and mapping services. John joins Trans-Plan to manage and promote the application of Trans-Plan's innovative traffic counting service.
